Ordering from the United States
Every frame and bike that leaves our workshop has been engineered, checked and packed by our team at our HQ in Germany.
We've been shipping to riders across the United States for many years and know what it takes to get your order safely to your doorstep. Whether you're ordering a frame, spare parts or a complete bike, we'll guide you through the process from the moment you place your order until it arrives.
International orders involve a few additional steps, such as customs clearance and import charges. To make the process as transparent as possible, we've put together everything you need to know before placing your order.
As your order is imported into the United States, it may be subject to import duties, tariffs and customs processing fees.
These charges are not included in the purchase price and are determined by US Customs.
If any charges apply, your shipping carrier (such as UPS, DHL or FedEx) will contact you before delivery.
How the process works
- Place your order.
- Our team prepares and ships your order from Germany and provides a tracking number.
- Your shipment travels to the United States.
- US Customs processes the import.
- Your shipping carrier will contact you before delivery regarding the import charges.
- Once any applicable charges have been paid, your order is delivered.
