Madonna V3 Fox Factory Rolling Chassis - Black

The Madonna V3 is the most capable, adjustable, and durable bike we’ve ever built. It’ll take on the roughest tracks, the longest rides, all the while never shying away from a climb.

While we haven’t lost our focus on durability, we’ve added adjustability to make it even more versatile. The fourth iteration of the Madonna will have your back, no matter what.

With the Rolling Chassis Kit we offer you a high-quality foundation for your individual Madonna build. You'll be ready to go in no time with the included component package yet still have plenty of room to create your own personal bike masterpiece – who wants an off the shelf build anyway?

We provide a 2025 Fox 38 Factory GripX2 fork with the frame, which you can combine with your preferred Fox or Öhlins shock at the rear.

Included is a OneUp Components V3 Dropper, with the choice of drop starting at 150 mm and going all the way up to 240 mm of travel, to provide the optimal setup for every rider. Their V3 handlebar remote is also included. If you need some help determining the amount of drop for you, click here.

For the cockpit, we rely again on OneUp Components and offer you the stem in two lengths of 42 mm or 50 mm and their carbon handlebar with either 20 mm or 35 mm rise, so you can feel comfortable from the get go. Ergon’s GD10 grips and SM10 Enduro saddle round out the touch points. If you're unsure which combination of stem and bar is best for you, click here for more information on the perfect cockpit setup.

The Rolling Chassis is topped off with the optional DT Swiss EX1700 wheels, equipped with a Maxxis Assegai with EXO+ casing up front and a Maxxis Minion DHR II with DD casing out back. This combination is our current go-to in almost all conditions. The wheels can be configured with either a Shimano Micro Spline or SRAM XD freehub.

To get you off to a good start in building your new bike, we've already pressed the headset cups into the frame and mounted the crown race on the fork. The tubeless tape and valves are also installed, you’ll just need to add in some sealant. The rest of the components are ready for you to assemble – this way you can truly experience the build process from the ground up and get to know your new bike and all its technical details. But you’re never on your own, as our support is always there if you need help building and can’t find the answer you’re after in our extensive knowledge base.

If you want to learn more about the shock choice or the two different rocker link options, you can find all details about the Madonna V3 on this page.

The frames are regularly available with the rocker link options shown in the selection on the side. If you prefer a different rocker link, please send us an e-mail to hello@raawmtb.com and we will check the availability of the preferred configuration.

Madonna V3

Ich bin total begeistert von meinem Madonna V3, es fährt wirklich sehr gut. Es ist extrem beweglich um Kurven, auf schnelleren Stücken bleibt es stabil und Berg hoch geht es auch wirklich gut.

first impression

The bike came in box - perfect packing (other brands should learn from this). Personal touch - bag, cards, stickers, big poster with frame appart (my favourite) ... I was never so impressed when unpacking new bike.

I got Large
- 187cm, 91cm inseam, 189 arm spann
- I can tell, the bike is easy to handle, I can turn like "pro" ... because, let´s say the frame is at the MIN size I can accept. Normally I would go for L/XL, something in between. I had to choose smaller or larger frame, so I tried after many advices for smaller on.
- I am very happy with handling, riding ...
- I am not used to do big jumps / ride fast through rough on such "small" frame, I have to addapt, but for EN riding, it´s perfect
- I had a DH bike, so no need to take it to bikepark. If I would do so, then I deffinately stick with XL size for my body

Many people said, and I can say, it is definatelly true - this bike has very good turning potential, very well balanced. I am very impressed and I am happy with it. I swap from Commencal Meta and this suits me much more. Especially I am happy from bigger headtube.

I am glad, I purchase bike from this brand - it is not cheap, let´s be honest - it is the opposite, quite expensive ... BUT I have no regrets. It is worth every penny ;-).

So, may be I add something else, after few month of riding. This is about one month of riding, from hobby racer.

Have fun,
Ales

Excellent Bike

I haven't spent much time on my Madonna yet, but my time has been excellent. I can tell from the build that it will be easy to maintain, and there will be no surprises. Having all cables external and no proprietary parts will make things easy to deal with way into the future. The bike has a form-follow-function design that makes it a pleasure to build and will keep it from being a chore to work on. The RAAW team has spent a lot of time figuring out how to make the bike simple.

That simplicity extends to how the bike rides. There wasn't any adjustment time to speak of when riding the Madonna; it felt comfortable and easy to ride from the start. Even though its geometry is very different than my current daily driver, the Madonna felt good immediately. I knew I wasn't getting the bike for climbing, but it performed better than I had expected. The pedaling platform feels stable with the shock wide open, and I don't feel like I'm sinking deep into every pedal stroke. The bike's weight is apparent at slower speeds while trying to get it over downed logs or maneuvering flat, technical sections, although that's not what it's meant to excel at and doesn't take away from the ride. I'm thrilled with my new Madonna and can't wait to ride it more.
