The Madonna is the bike that started our journey in 2016. It’s made for the fastest and roughest tracks, while also being a great climber. The Madonna puts a high focus on durability and usability and really shines with a very composed and balanced character out on the trails.
If you want to learn more about the shock choice or the two different rocker link options, you can find all details about the Madonna V2.2 on this page.
The frames are regularly available with the rocker link options shown in the selection on the side. If you prefer a different rocker link, please send us an e-mail to hello@raawmtb.com and we will check the availability of the preferred configuration.

Shock Options & compatibility
You want to use a different shock? We can only guarantee full compatibility with the Fox and Öhlins models we offer and recommend. However, the Madonna frame does offer ample clearance for almost all shocks. Only if the shock body or reservoir is too big it might interfere with the downtube or lower shock mount at full travel. You can find more information on the support page under "Compatibility information".

V2.2
The V2 and V2.2 both meet expectations per reviews. I have had zero issues with both frames and hardware. The recommended spring rate may be a tad low, recommend one spring harder. XT set up is choice and works well enough for my use.

Madonna V2.2
Coming from mullets and 27,5 bikes, it was a bit of getting used to the big wheels and slower handling of the bike. That said, damn it is a ripper on enduro like descends, it is super planted and ready for everything I throw at it. Manuals are a treat as the balance point feels very stable and hopping, car park playing and endo turns also feel damn good on this bike.
The jumps are fine but definitely not what this bike was designed to do, I mostly ride steep, big jumps at local spots and there you can feel that it's not really meant for throwing down steeze. you can for sure but it takes a bit more effort then with other bikes.
That said I'm 100% nitpicking on the details here, I've been using this frame for the past year of guiding enduro tours almost daily in the alps and haven't had a single mechanic except for a broken derailleur. Even most of the bearings are still fine which was a surprise, since I usually have to replace them 3-4 times a year.
If you want a do it all bike with focus on durability and tech trails, this is the one for you. It might be a bit expensive but it's worth it with all the money you'll be saving on cracked frames etc. ;)
