Bought a few more because so far each one has failed at the same point in the same way. They have a significant cutout that allows them to bend surprisingly easily, and a sharp change in cross section where fracture initiates.
Currently using the 308 SS version - it also yields easily but hopefully it’s less prone to fatigue. If it too does fail, I have a few more of these 7075 hangers to keep the bike in service.
I’ve had my V2.2 Madonna for five years and still love it. But it does consume derailleur hangers, more than any other bike I’ve known.
