Everything You Need to Know
How can I test a bike?
Simply sign up directly on site. We’ll check the availability of your desired bike and adjust it to suit your needs. If you’d like to secure a slot in advance, just email us your preferred model, size, and the event date.
What do I need to bring?
Once we’ve selected your bike, you’ll be asked to sign a form and leave your ID as a deposit for the duration of the test. Our bikes come fully equipped and are ready for action. All you need is your protective gear and suitable clothing. If you prefer your own pedals, please bring them along.
Does testing cost anything?
No, testing our bikes at events is completely free!
How long can I test the bike?
Typically, you’ll have about 90 minutes to ride our bike on the trails. If demand is low, you might even get extra an extra lap! Please note that the duration may vary depending on the event and location.
Can I buy the bike on the spot?
Unfortunately, you can’t take the bike or frame home directly. However, you can order your dream bike via our website or at our headquarters. We’re happy to walk you through the options on-site and send you a personalized offer.
